it is now more than a year later and this continues to be a problem for me...
If you want to see it added for the 2024 class, please discuss it with Critical Role.
As a workaround in the meantime, you could make a homebrew copy of the 2014 subclass to see how it was set up, then rebuild it as a 2024 subclass.

Notably, you have to own the book to do this, not just have it shared to you. But I can confirm that doing this works.
