Ah, you're right. As Critical Role content, I forgot it wasn't in the same book as Open Sea Paladin, Cobalt Soul Monk, and Chronurgist/Graviturgist Wizards.
it is now more than a year later and this continues to be a problem for me...

As a workaround in the meantime, you could make a homebrew copy of the 2014 subclass to see how it was set up, then rebuild it as a 2024 subclass.
