So I know that generally speaking, it’s taboo to want to talk directly to a mod, especially about homebrew subclass things. However, I am having trouble with one of my Published homebrew subclasses.
I’ve tried to explain my problems here about a week ago hoping that I could get help, but I don’t think that I’m able to explain my problem well enough. For this reason I’d like to contact someone directly so that I may be able to hopefully explain in a 1 on 1 situation the problem.
(It’s basically that some of the homebrew content isn’t showing up for everybody and I’m not sure why)

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
To try to sum it up, there are some people who cannot view the 11 Clockwork Upgrades I have listed on the homebrew. This is something that I am not sure how to fix, as it could honestly have simply been something I did wrong when creating the class, but I am not sure. All I know is that I experimented, and when I logged out and viewed the subclass was the only time I couldn’t see the 11 Clockwork Upgrades. Thanks again, and whatever help or advice you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.

Post here the link of those homebrew which are giving the problem.
Also, directly contacting a specific mod is fine, but generally speaking, it's better to post where we can all see it. :)

Go in Clockwork Upgrades, there is a box named "CLASS LEVELS WHERE OPTIONS KNOWN"
There, you should try to specify how many options a character can take and at what level.
Done and submitted the next version, hopefully that fixed it! Thank you
