I've purchased Xanathar's Guide to give my Death Domain Cleric access to Toll the Dead. Simultaneously I purchased Tasha's Cauldron for something unrelated. New feats appeared in the character builder after a few minutes, but Toll the Dead and other features from Xanathar's have yet to appear in the Character builder such as Cleric Forge and Grave Domain.
Toll the Dead from Xanathar's requires being used on a 5.0 Cleric (grey mace in the image and scrolling down to the legacy in the character builder) whereas Toll the Dead is the 5.5 version and requires owning the 5.5 PHB.
If you're using the 5.5 Cleric class under Core Rules and no the 5.0 Cleric class under legacy, the 5.0 Toll the Dead would not be available to it.
I see, thank you; that was my issue and when I tried to back-up and fix it, it was only showing what I had homebrewed. Started completely over and all set now. Appreciate it!

Which Cleric class have you selected?
