I'm trying to add a downloaded homebrew subclass that another user made, but it won't show up. My account says everything is synced, I have legacy and homebrew selections on in the character builder. I saw people on here saying to use the 2014 versions of whatever base class you need, but when I try to use the 2014 version of the class, there's no option to even add a subclass, no matter the character level. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

ModeratorThe 2014 classes do all give a subclass choice somewhere between levels 1-3. That choice will show up as a class feature just like the 2024 classes. However, they all use different names for their subclasses, like 2014 Barbarian’s “Primal Path” vs. 2024’s “Barbarian Subclass”.
The easiest way to ensure you’ve selected the right class is to check the icon shown at the top of that subclass’s page, and then find the matching one in the character builder.
