When you activate Rage for a World Tree barbarian, Life-Giving Force appears under Actions on the sheet, but ONLY if you change your level in the builder while it's active. You don't have to go back to the sheet after the change (you can change your level to whatever and change it back immediately) but as soon as you deactivate rage it goes away and you have to repeat the process every time.
