I’ve tried checking out multiple times with digital content. All fields are filled out but the checkout process won’t continue to the next stage, payment options. When i click on it it just scrolls back to the top of the page. No error, no attention called to anything, it just doesn’t continue. I’m using mobile chrome browser for my phone.
Same Issue here. I've been trying to pre order the 2024 Dungeon Master Guide for over a week. I can add it to my cart, but there is no wat to proceed beyond the shipping info page. It's like the button to proceed to payment options is a dead link that does nothing when clicked.
Figured it out, at least for myself: somehow, the province value was missing from my saved address in dndbeyond. I went in there ("UPDATE ADDRESS" button), populated the province, and then the checkout flow worked just fine..
I've communicated this in a dndbeyond support ticket, because at the very least I would think it's a good idea to inform users that something is wrong with their addresses, instead of just having a non-functional payment button.

mailed them about it...no help so far
resolved it myself. Apparently it was because the system doesnt read my phonenumber in the way you would normally write an international number. And I guess they need a phonenumber to ship a digital item?
Figured out the issue. The field auto-populates a "+" symbol, which needs to be cleared/deleted. Then just enter the phone number with the international prefix, no spaces.

In Canada, same deal. So far every Canadian I have talked to this week is unable to purchase anything on dndbeyond.
I've been keeping a tally, and so far just from people I've talked to this bug has cost dndbeyond about $2000 CAD in digital sales.
Pretty wild that they're not addressing it.
Also in Canada and confirmed that it's the same problem mentioned above.
Maybe just as well, I was a bit on the fence about pulling the trigger on this purchase :P
