When creating a character and you hit third level. Other classes are missing as well but that’s the one I’m looking for at this time. I have created other characters before and it was an option and I have not deleted any source books.
Do you have the 2014 PHB and not the 24? If so, you need to use the 2014 version of the class.
I thought I had the 2014 PHB. the option is listed on the Home section of the character creation page. Also, 2014 options appear in the Wizard school options but it is much shorter than it used to be.
