so it takes me to a page that says DELETE Moon-Touched Scimitar. I'm wondering how to add it or attune it to my character or maybe there is no way and I'm just new and out of the loop.

Looks like there are some broken links for the Moon-Touched weapons.
That is correct the convention for it is Moon-Touched Sword, [type of sword].
