I'm sorry for posting this, but I could not find a thread with this already being an issue. But I cannot seem to choose/find the Cartomancer feat. I've tried with 2024 rules and legacy rules and still not showing up as an option. Hopefully someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

The feat also has a prerequisite: you need to be at least 4th-level and have the Spellcasting feature.
