Would it be possible to show the spells that we obtains for our subclass as always prepared so we don't also select them when choosing spells for Sorc, Warlock, etc?
Seems like an easier ask since it's already being done for Clerics.
The Sorc subclasses that give you spells are learned - you don't need to select them. They'll be on your sheet for casting without you selecting them. For 2014 Warlock, the subclasses add them to what you can choose to learn - they're not "always prepared" or automatically learned. For 2024 Warlock it works the same way as for the Sorc.
Are you just being confused by it maybe listing 2014 and 2024 versions of spells?

The issue is that when you are selecting spells in the character builder, for Clerics the ones that are always prepared for the subclass have the text "Always Prepared" in place of the "Prepare" button, so that you can't select them again. This is not the case for some other classes with subclasses that offer always-prepared spells (including Sorcerers and Warlocks) so the interface allows you to prepare the same spell twice.

This is also true for Paladin, the only class I have seen it work correctly for is Cleric. Interestingly it works for Paladin with the Aid spell only. I would offer the logic that it works for Aid because its also a Cleric spell, but it doesn't work for other spells Paladin's and Cleric's share
As far as I can tell it happens when using a 2014 subclass with a 2024 base class. Clerics, Druids, Rangers, and Sorcerers seem to be working fine. Paladins are the only ones not receiving their prepared spells from their class feature by default.

So very confused by this.

It looks like Artificer also shows spells that are Always Prepared in the spell list.

Just what I found with a little testing.
If I make a Great Old one Warlock using only 2024 rules, set it to lvl 10 it should have all of these spells listed as always prepared:
Both Modify Memory and Telekin do not show as always prepared.
