Hi, problem is as title suggests. I've added a subclass that I would like to use, but for some reason it just won't show up as an option. I have added it to my collection, I removed it from my collection and re-added it, I've signed in and out of my account, I have the master tier subscription, and I have homebrew enabled in my character creator settings, I've also waited hours in case it took time to show up. I feel like I've exhausted every option, but I just can't get it to work, so I've come here to ask for help. Thanks.

A common reason for this to happen is that you've chosen the 2014 version of your class and the homebrew subclass was made for the 2024 version of the same class, or vice versa. The two versions of each class are separate classes as far as D&D Beyond is concerned, and a homebrew subclass can only be attached to one or the other, not both. So, check to make sure the class versions match up.
