This is related to the Character Builder and the one also on the App. The weight for Warhammer does not reflect the 2024 PHB. In the PHB 2024 it shows the weight for the Warhammer as 5 pounds, but in the Character Builder on D&D Beyond it has the weight of 2 pounds. To make things a little more confusing, in the 2014 PHB, Warhammer weight is 2 pounds. So either the weight in the 2024 PHB is wrong or D&D Beyond character builder is.
Unless WoTC wanted to change the weight of the Warhammer and make it 5 pounds instead of 2.
Well looking back even further at PHB 3.5 Warhammer weight was 5 pounds, so WoTC corrected it and the issue was in the 2014 PHB, if it was an error at all.
But anyways the Character Builder on D&D Beyond should reflect the 2024 PHB of 5 pounds, so it should corrected on the website and on the App as well.

I've let the devs know. Thanks!
