It matches exactly what’s in the 2024 PHB, and is consistent with the other backgrounds from that book. I wouldn’t expect those to be part of any backgrounds going forward.

"I can charm my way out of almost any situation, but I'm not afraid to use a little deception if necessary."- Emphasizing their social skills and potential for cunning tactics.
"I've seen more of the world than most people could ever imagine, and I'm always looking for new places to explore."- Reflecting their wanderlust and desire for new experiences.
"I trust my instincts above all else, and I'm not afraid to take risks."- Demonstrating their reliance on intuition and willingness to gamble.
"I've learned to blend in with any crowd, and I can easily adopt local customs to fit in."- Highlighting their adaptability and ability to navigate different social environments.
"I keep a close eye on my belongings, and I'm always wary of strangers."- Showing a potential for cautiousness due to their nomadic lifestyle and exposure to diverse people.
As much as I love roll tables, the Traits/Bonds/Ideals/Flaws tables that accompanied the backgrounds in the 2014 ruleset implied that every character with that background could only behave in a limited way. Every single Outlander disliked being in civilization to some degree, or every single Charlatan was sly and distrustful. Not having these tables allows players to create exactly the personality they wanted for their character without feeling limited by what's printed in the books.
when ever I try to look up the ideals bonds and flaws listings i get nothing but there things where do I find them
None of the 2024 backgrounds contains suggested personality traits. You can simply type in whatever you like instead.

out of all the backgrounds wayfarer is the only one that has no ideals bonds or flaws

All of the 2024 PHB backgrounds have no lists. Not just Wayfarer.
