There’s two different Rogues and two different Soulknifes.
If you’re using the 2024 Rogue class, you need the Soulknife from the 2024 PHB.
If you’re using the 2014 Rogue class, you need the Soulknife from TCOE. You’ll also need 2014 Core Rules enabled for that character to select the class, and Expanded Rules enabled to select the subclass.
