I just ordered the 2024 bundle with both digital and physical copies, but for whatever reason I got an email that said the payment failed and but for whatever reason my physical order was the only one affected. The digital order still went thru and in fact I got charged the full price for them and not the discounted one (when I look at order history). Whats even weirder is that my bank has the funds for it all, so not sure how the payment failed (in fact my bank was charged the full amount for the whole bundle so the payment did not fail according to my bank)
Where can I submit a ticket to get this rectified? I either want the full bundle or a refund cause I did not agree to this.
