My party is new to to D&D beyond. Is there a way to add or import our pen-and-paper 6th level PCs into the system? The character builder seems tricky (eg, I don't remember what my original ability scores were or what i used for my ASIs, etc). Thank you.

D&D Beyond FoundersSure! You can manually enter ability scores and adjust everything once you've completed the builder.
I suggest just run through the builder with your best guess, then you can always just go back and change anything you need to.
