I don't know if this is specific to the Martial Adept feat or if it is a problem with all feats, but the superiority dice, actions and reactions granted by the Martial Adept feat only appear under the feat section and not under the Actions section. I think that it would be really useful if all possible actions, reactions and resources for your character are displayed in this section, without having to find them under the feat section.
I'll discuss with with staff whether it's worth doing a run through all feats and checking for any that would benefit from having actions added to the character sheet.
