So I own everything source here on DDB and am running a group through Phandelver and Below and group found the Mindguard Crown and we can read it on DDB but cannot add it to player characters inventory and I do have a master tier subscription as well why can it not be found in the inventory screen when managing inventory.
It's one of the options under "Sources" on the "Home" tab of the character builder. It needs to be checked to use options from sources outside the "core" books (Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monster Manual).
