I don't know whether this is a issue for others or one that has already been addressed, but whenever I make a character using the new 2024 rules or classes a fair portion of old subclasses (not the ones that have been updated I know they won't be available) or third party content isn't available to be picked but is when i choose to use 2014 classes. Not sure if this is a bug or a choice by WOTC/D&DBeyond but seems counterproductive for an update that was marketed as "Backwards compatible". I have checked all boxes necessary for access to the content yet still nothing is available.
If anyone has any ideas why this is, i would appreciate the info.
So i was aware of this but its strange that new books added to D&D Beyond are not usable on 2024 classes, for example Fighter - I can choose all 2024 PHB subclasses, Xanathars guide ones, Tashas, SCAG and the SteelHawk from Griffons saddle bag. I cannot see echo knight, gunslinger (understandably they must be updated) but specifically spirit fused from the new Obijima book are not viewable for some reason.
