So example wand of the war mage gives +1 to your spell attacks. Pact boon (tome) grasping shock does not get the +1 (as well other spells). Same for some sub class spells that are added through options (artificer/sorcerer etc).

I reported this issue in...I think 2020?

Don't hold your breath waiting for a fix, is all I'm saying.
