With my Master Tier subscription players in my campaign still can not get access to all subclasses

I got Master Tier subscription, also I have 2014 and 2024 Players Handbook.
So after I shared my campaign with my players - I expected them to get possibility to create any official subclass, but they told me that only default option available.
What could go wrong here?
