I got Master Tier subscription, also I have 2014 and 2024 Players Handbook. So after I shared my campaign with my players - I expected them to get possibility to create any official subclass, but they told me that only default option available. What could go wrong here?
They need to actually be making their characters in your campaign — i.e., join the campaign with a new character first, rather than trying to make the character and then join the campaign.
You also need to make sure that content sharing is turned on for the campaign, and that you haven't exceeded the limit (you can only turn on content sharing in five campaigns at a time).
