I have been a member at the master tier for quite a while. I never receive notices about the monthly perks. My email is correct but it ends in .net not .com, is this the problem?
I've had the email a long time and don't want to change it. What I WANT is access to the perks. The link you provided tells me what they are but with no get to them since I am already a memeber.
You don’t need to do anything to get them aside from being a subscriber. The monthly perks are automatically added to your account each month as they’re released.
Character frames can be found by opening a character sheet, then clicking your character portrait. In the sidebar, click Change Sheet Appearance, then click Frame. All the subscriber frames are grouped there together. The newest ones will be at the bottom of that group.
If you don’t see them there, then you may want to check here to see if your Account Entitlements are in sync, as recommended above. https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

You need to sync your entitlements on your account, under licenses, for starters.
