D&D Beyond crashed on my mobile device just after I purchased "Book of Ebon Tides" for 39.99 I cannot access the content, and it only gives me the option to purchase it again. after attempting to do so it gives me an error message. My card has already been charged for the purchase.
From the main screen of the app, try clicking your avatar in the top left corner. In there you should see an option to Restore Purchases that will hopefully fix things.

Does https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses say if your entitlements are in sync?
