I own a bunch of books on D&D Beyond. I can look up something like Tasha’s of Fizban’s, and read the whole thing. However, when I go to create a character, the content from these books is not there. For example, the only Rogue subclass showing up is their. Any help in fixing this would be deeply appreciated!
Ensure you're choosing the correct version of the class.
When choosing a class it will list 2024 first under the "Core Rules" heading. You maybe need to instead scroll down to where it says "2014 Core Rules" and select it there.

Did you purchase these books yourself? If so, are they listed on that same page under Current Product Licenses?
If you didn’t purchase them, then is this character assigned to the campaign that’s sharing those books with you?
Do you have Expanded Rules enabled for that character?
For Soulknife specifically, are you using the 2014 Rogue class as described above? If you’re using the 2024 Rogue class, you’d need the 2024 PHB and its version of that subclass.
