I am trying to create a character in the 2014 rules and my dm has content sharing on and owns loads of books including XGTE and TCOE and many more. No matter what I do and even with expanded rules and legacy turned on i can only select Berserker. Has old content lost support? has content sharing been changed? Or is it a major Bug that needs fixing?
Even with the Free Rules, you should be able to select one subclass from each of 12 classes, but Berserker is the one for the Free Rules.
Make sure you have the 2014 Rules and Legacy turned on, and the Core Rules turned off.
Thinking about this more, are you creating a character in that campaign? You can't just go to the Characters screen and click "Create a Character". You have to click the button from the Campaign Screen.
Alternatively, make the character at level 1, join the campaign with the character, then level it up to 3 and see if the additional paths are there.
