Hi helpers,
According to my Account Licenses tab, "Your entitlements data is NOT in sync."
I click the Sync My Entitlements button and a green notifications ribbon appears, saying, "Your entitlements have been successfully resynced".
Except the initial warning doesn't go away. Even after refreshing the page or restarting my computer. Are my entitlements in sync? Why doesn't the warning change? Please advise next steps.
Yeah, it’s a display bug with that page. If you got the banner saying the sync was successful, then you should be all set.
