You can click on the spell there to find out where it's from.
If you see "Source: The Illrigger Revised", then that means it's this third-party spell. (It won't show up on the Spells page unless you've clicked "Show Advanced Filters" and set "Partnered Content" to "Y".)
If you see "Version" instead of "Source", then it's a homebrew spell, probably belonging to someone else in your campaign. In that case, your group would be the best ones to ask.
My Druid has the "Wall of Death" spell but there is no info in D&D Beyond when you search for it.
