Character sheet, dual wielding a Nick weapon shows as a bonus action. Dual wielding short sword (VEX) and a scimitar (NICK). If you "customize the scimitar and click the dual wielding button it moves it to a bonus action and removes the ability point bonus to damage. If the character has the Scimitar (NICK) weapon Mastery skill that should fall under attack instead of a bonus action.
It goes under bonus action because that is normal dual wielding mechanics and the system is not smart enough to make changes based on a weapon mastery property you may or may not have (depending on class and whether using 2014 or 2024 rules). Not even just a D&D Beyond thing as others, like Roll20, don't implement it either. It's way too complex for so little a thing.
