Hi all. I opened my iOS app this morning and wanted to look something up, and upon opening the app I got this message, "We could not verify your access rights and you cannot use the shared books. Please run the app online. Dismiss."
When I checked my library on the website just now, I do have access to a shared book, so it's working there.
I tried a google search and found one other thread on Reddit, where someone had the same error message as myself, but it was in a thread from 5 months ago, and it seems like it was a known server issue at the time.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Do I just wait and hope that this gets fixed on their end? Thanks for advice/help.
Update: I contacted support and they responded with an email that they manually went in and re-synced my account, but upon checking the problem is still there. I've responded back to support and now await a new response. I'm just posting this on the chance it might help someone else. Hopefully they'll fix it on the 2nd try.

Update: On the 2nd attempt, Support suggested that I delete the app and reinstall it. This WORKED!
