Dice animation stopped displaying without warning. The dice roll and the results are given in the Game Log, but there is no animation of the dice rolling on the map surface.
I have cleared the browser cache and cookies. I have disabled all extensions and ad blockers. I am not using a VPN. I am permitting pop-ups. I have confirmed that dice are enable for all characters and one the dice settings. I have ensured that everything is up to date on my computer. I have enabled and re-enabled hardware/graphics accelaration. There is nothing left but to contact support. I have also tried multiple browqsers on multiple computers as well as incognito mode. I am stumped. However, I can see the animation when rolling on my telephone using the app.
I have seen other threads with similar problems...and I tried all of the recommended solutions. I realize that the system is in beta, but rolling dice should be fairly high up on a game where rolling dice is so important.
For those who are interested, I received this response from WotC:

Help.
Sounds like you’ve tried all the things I’d normally recommend. You probably should contact customer support at this point.
Out of curiosity, though, have you tried changing your dice set?

Yes, changed the dice set and submitted a ticket.
I can roll dice using abovevtt. I am really stumped. But, I recognize that it is in beta.
