I am unable to use tokens via the Maps platform for one of my campaigns, despite having purchased the digital version of the adventure and enabling content sharing?
If an NPC doesn’t appear in that list, they won’t appear in Maps either. However, you could create a homebrew monster for anything else you want to add.
The monsters attached to the campaign are accessible, but the NPCs aren't for some reason.
Are the NPCs defined identically to other creatures? For example, Prince Derendil from Out of the Abyss is a Derro, so they don't have a specific NPC token.

Hi,
I am unable to use tokens via the Maps platform for one of my campaigns, despite having purchased the digital version of the adventure and enabling content sharing?
Is anyone able to advise a fix?
Are your entitlements in sync?

Is that adventure listed on the same page under Current Product Licenses?

Hi,
My licence says that ID:ROTF is a purchase?
Sorry for the double reply.

Anything in the monster list should be available in Maps.
