I've created a level 3 Warlock with the Celestial Patron, but only the cantrips and level 2 spells listed under the Celestial Spells feature have been added to the character sheet. I.e. I'm missing Cure Wounds and Guiding Bolt, despite having Light, Sacred Flame, Aid, and Lesser Restoration all added.
Make sure you have "Show Level-Scaled Spells" turned on; it's on the Home tab of the character builder. This is what causes spells to appear in the list for spell slots of a higher level than the spell. This should essentially always be turned on for Warlocks, or any lower-level spells you have won't show up at all because you don't have any lower-level spell slots.
I'm not even finding Celestial Patron as an available Warlock subclass. Can someone please help me find it?
Do you own the book it comes from? That would be the Player's Handbook if you're using the 5.5e Warlock class, or Xanathar's Guide to Everything for the 5e class.

Are you making a 2024 Warlock or a 2014 one?

The imagination of some is the terror of others. Live it, love it, embrace the madness.
