I can't seem to change the name of a map I have already made, ie I want to change grass (1) to Encounter 1.
Is there integration with the encounter builder? Would be great if I can just click the encounter I want and it would add the tokens from that encounter.
Is there integration with character sheets so my players can roll attacks from their sheets and me as the DM be able to see their rolls?
There also seems to be a lot of maps missing, for example I can't find anything from Lost mine of Phandelver.

You can't name the official maps. You can download a copy from the books or elsewhere and upload it into the Maps tool as a custom map which you can name whatever you want.

No, there is no integration between Maps and Encounter Builder. However, all rolls from the Encounter tool go into the Game Log which can be accessed through Maps, so while a bit more inconvenient there's no need for integration (would be nice though).

Yes, when they roll from the sheet the rolls go into the Game Log which can be accessed using the cube icon at bottom right (the "Game Log & Dice" button).

Not all books have their maps included into Maps but even if it doesn't you can download a copy from the book and then upload it to the Maps as a custom map.
Lost Mine of Phandelver doesn't have maps in the tool because the book was basically replaced by Phandelver and The Shattered Obelisk, which has the same maps.
