I was going to purchase Astarion's Book of Hungers, Netherils fall and Lorwyn: First Light, and noticed that the Legendary Bundle discount (-15%) that should apply to digital purchases from first party content in perpetuity since I purchased it, wasn't applying to these products in particular either in preview in the store, in the cart or at checkout as it does in basically all other instances. Please let me know how to resolve this, as I imagine this is affecting more than just myself!
Checked and can confirm - the promised 15% discount is not applying as it should for this digital-only product.

I do hope that it is just a bug, but I've grown cynical in my old age. I'm going to predict that they say these are not "Standard Priced" sources and not honor our terms. By breaking up what should have been a single book into 3, they will claim that this isn't a source or adventure book.
What digital content is eligible for discounts as part of Legendary, Sourcebook, or Adventure Bundles on D&D Beyond?
Standard-priced single digital Sourcebooks, Adventure books, or bundles created by Wizards of the Coast (first-party) containing only digital versions of those books are eligible. Digital bundles that are already discounted are not "standard-priced" and are not covered except in special promotional circumstances. We will make it clear on the product page.
I've raised this with the community manager. I suspect it was just an oversight, though. The "standard-priced" caveat just means it doesn't stack with other discounts. (And after all, DOIP had three digital expansions of its own at even lower price points, and those were eligible.)
