I've tried creating this character sheet 3 times from scratch and no matter what I do, the spelld Arcane Sparkler and Thunderous Smites (which are homebrew spells, apparently - I'd never heard of them before) are added to my spell list even though I'm not using any homebrew material.
Homebrew in one's homebrew collection is auto-shared with everybody in the group. The spell that somebody has is presumably set up so that it's an auto-prepared spell for your class or subclass, and so it appears on your sheets.
Also, your sheets aren't set as public, so nobody can see them.
I checked my Homebrew Collection and I did have Arcane Sparkler saved, so I deleted it. I did NOT have Thunderous Smites, however. I'll check to see if anyone else in the campaign has homebrew stuff saved but I don't think so.
Removing Arcane Sparkler from my Homebrew Collection did not remove it from my character sheet.
I deleted one of the sheets. I've made the other 2 public.
Arcane Sparkler is from 'Deep Magic Volume 2' by Celeste Conowitch and Jon Sawatsky. It is released through Kobold Press. There's 4 of these in the public listings which I have reported for copyright infringement.
If you have removed the spell from your collection then change the cleric domain to a different one, refresh, wait 20 mins and then refresh again and re-select the tempest domain.
I can see that Thunderous Smites has been removed from your characters.
As for Fog Cloud appearing multiple times that is functioning correctly. Your race/species is granting two versions: one that can be used without a spell slot (limited "Uses") and one that can be used using spell slots - this is why one has "Use" by it and the other has "Cast".

When I try to delete the spell, I get a "Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check." error.
PS - I just noticed that it's also adding Fog Cloud (species spell) multiple times: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/157830883
