i bought the crooked moon bundle, i can view the book, but i cant use it in the character builder. anybody have thoughts?

If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Is that book listed under Current Product Licenses?https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Is Crooked Moon enabled for that character in their character settings?
