When you select Gun mage Adept both Charisma and Wisdom Modifiers do not allow you to Select spells for you to have. It only works on Intelligence for some reason. i tested across multiple characters and it's the same
Edit: also upon looking the spells you get added to the learned spells do not show up in your spells list on your sheet.
