hello, is there an update or a ticket number for this fix yet please? I have two campaigns with unusable characters while this issue persists, and we will have to move to another platform if this is not resolved.

This issue should be resolved now. It is possible that a small number of affected users may still experience this bug or have any changes made to your containers from the last week (during the time this bug was reported) be reverted. If that's the case, please let me know.

I just checked my character and everything looks back to normal. Thanks!
I just checked the campaign of ours that was affected, and all characters show zero coins. I also checked several of my characters that are not linked to any campaign, and those still show zero as well.
Playing D&D since 1982
Have played every version of the game since Basic (original Red Box Set), except that abomination sometimes called 4e.
My characters are still affected. Zero gold for the character but the party gold has been restored.
One of my PCs has now had their entire gold supply restored in its original containers, but another one is still missing all of it. What do I need to do moving forward to get this resolved. It's an 18th level PC and there was more than 100k gp. My DM is being super understanding, but we both want this resolved ASAP.
Two of my character, Vex Ett and Aaron Glimmerfell did not have their gold restored, while the party inventory and one of my other character's did have their gold restored. Is there any possible way of fixing those two character's gold?
In my case, 7 out of 31 characters were not restored and are still missing their gold. Should we post links to affected characters?
I DM for 2 campaigns. For the first, 1 out of 4 characters was restored. For the second, zero of 4 characters were restored. So 1 out of 8.
How would you like us to proceed to get this resolved?

My gold has been restored! Tysm!
Patiently awaiting Very Soon. Gold still missing from 1 PC (of two affected of 21 characters on DnDB).

Hello! the gold on my character, "Darion Marris" as well as several characters in the campaign it's active in (The Frost Shepherds) are missing their gold that was in container other than their main equipment. Can you add us to the list of characters to be helped?
Someone in our campaign stumbled upon a fix by adding a single gold coin and it reverted to the old coins.
Although that did seem to work on one of my characters, it did not work on the others.

It's now been 10 days since you said this had been elevated AGAIN for those of us that still hadn't had their gold restored. You said it would be VERY SOON when you had more information. My character, Esterley, still has no gold and had more than 100,000 gp before this happened. My DM is very understanding, but this is now a BIG problem as we're over two weeks into this issue being unresolved.
