I have received Tasha’s cauldron from a friend of mine through the campaign and was able to create the character online once. Now I can’t see the class at all on mobile and website when trying to create a new class.
You didn't answer the question about the campaign. It sounds like your friend allowed you the use of the book on their account via a campaign. If this is the case, any character you build must be in that campaign to gain access to the class.

Are you creating the character in the campaign in which the book was shared?
Are your entitlements in sync?
My sentiments are synced it just doesn’t work on th mobile app
Most of the classes I see on the website don’t appear on the mobile app as well
