Hello, I am in a bit of a bind. So I just recently joined a campaign and I only have limited access. I've talked to several people in the group but even they are confused. I went through the licenses and it said that everything was in sync, but I can't access certain backgrounds, let alone some other things. What am i doing wrong?
What background are you trying to access? Can you give a specific example?
Who enabled Content Sharing for that campaign? If they check this page, does it still show an active Master Tier subscription? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Who in that campaign owns the book with that background? If they check that same page, is that book listed under Current Product Licenses?
Is this character assigned to that campaign?
Have you enabled the right Sources and Partnered Content settings for that character?
