Homebrew feats do not allow you to add 'modifiers'

When creating a homebrew feat, you can't add any modifiers to it, as the big blue button "add modifier" is not shown on the page. making the whole thing useless.

Works fine for me, and I've been making homebrew feats and things - even making videos of it - for several years now. 

Sure you're using it correctly?

What feat are you making? What modifiers did you try to use?

I've also been making homebrew feats, magic items etc for a long time, so yes I am sure I am using it correctly.

When going onto a homebrew feat, either editing one I've made before, or creating a new one (and it doesn't matter if I create from scratch or use an existing feat as a template) the button 'add a modifier' is not available to select. Every other option to add something works as normal, but the modifier one doesn't show up.

The add modifier button is there for magic items, new and previously created, it's just not there for feats.

Shows fine for me. Between Options and Spells. Can you take a screen shot to show what you see?
