Currently dealing with this issue as well—Mark of Healing has vanished from the list of feats. I confirmed the book it’s from was purchased. Is there an ETA on a fix?
Seems like the spells have been removed as options to choose in the character creator. It used to work fine, now it's like it's been wiped out. Everything is synced and I own the content.
Same issue filed a report but no response. Is there any official response or comment on this issue that it is being addressed?
There has been no official acknowledgment of it on this forum as far as I've seen.
The other day someone did quote a reddit post from one of the developers saying they'd fixed it, but it wasn't (and still isn't) actually fixed, so who knows.
I had an issue with Mark of Warding not showing up.
I deleted the book on dndbeyond, and then downloaded it again, and then went back in to a character I had created and the Mark of Warding showed back up when I selected House Kundarak from Background on Character Creation.
However then when I tried to select Potent Dragonmark or Greater Mark of Warding it wouldn’t show up when choosing a leveling feat.
My friend showed me this page. Just wanted to let you know i got "Mark of Healing" to show up in Choose Origin:Background. I did this by not using prerequisites (unclick both) in the "Home" tab and by using the desktop version of Beyond. Not sure which one is stopping it from showing for you. I own the source book.
As of recently, I am having issues with the Mark of Sentinel.
The feat works fine when obtained via the House Deneith Heir background, but when it's added via a homebrew custom background, it does not fully register, does not add the spells to the spell list, and does not open up the option for Potent Dragonmark. It does, however, add the Shield spell to the character sheet and lists the uses for Vigilant Guardian on the character sheet as it's supposed to do. Even just last week, it worked flawlessly in its entirety and it still works for all other Dragonmark Feats.
Mark of Sentinel also does not show up under the Manage Feats section of the character sheet or as a feat option at any ASI level while all other Dragonmark Feats do, even when Mark of Sentinel is selected via the homebrew custom background. Also, with the Mark of Sentinel selected via the homebrew custom feat, neither Potent Dragonmark nor Greater Mark of Sentinel show up under the Manage Feats section or as an ASI feat option either, but Potent Dragonmark and Greater Mark of Sentinel do show up when the House Deneith Heir background is selected.
I tried to create a custom version of the Mark of Sentinel with the original as the template, but that only leads me to the Error 403 Dragon while using any other Dragonmark Feat as a template works fine. However, I cannot figure out how the feat adds the spells to the spell list rather than to the prepared spells, so this is also a dead end for me. Since this is primarily an issue of the ability score increases - the Paladin needs Charisma, not Wisdom - I also tried to create a custom House Deneith Heir background, but that leads to the same issues as with the homebrew custom background. I could create custom feats to add the respective spells - similar to what we do to add the Wish spell to a Genie Warlock - but before I spend my time on such a workaround, I'd rather see a real fix of the issue.
In the past, I noticed a similar issue with the Mark of Hospitality, but this has since been resolved.

I also couldn’t do custom background.
