2014 wizard creation issues

Hi, I am trying to create a wizard using the 2014 rules, and noticed that a lot of spells aren't showing up from the players handbook. I also noticed that a bunch of the schools for the wizard aren't available. Any suggestions? I do own the base digital books for 2014 as well as almost all of the expanded digital content

It sounds like you've selected the 2024/5.5e Wizard class instead of the 2014/5e one. Because you don't own the 5.5e Player's Handbook, you're not seeing the spells or subclasses from it.

The easiest way to confirm this is to see whether you have a 1st-level class feature called "Ritual Adept". If you do, that's the 5.5e version. You'd need to remove it and select the 5e version instead.
