D&D Beyond doesn't really sell digital products that "go" anywhere. The digital books sold on D&D Beyond are part of the site (and the tools associated with it, like the character builder).

If you tell us what book(s) you ordered, we can help you figure out how to get to it/them.

Hi I ordered Intro to Stormwreck Isle Quickplay Adventure Pack

and have no clue how to access it

Library > Click either View All link > Click All filter > In the search box enter the word Intro

It will show the adventure and you can favourite it for quicker access.

To use the Quickplay Maps you need to create a campaign, then access the Maps VTT tool, and then in the map browser click Essentials then Quickplay maps and from there you can select the maps the pack gives.
