Homebrew +1 hit point per level item not showing on character sheet

Hi my GM gave me a ring that grants 1 additional hp per level, and grants a +1 to initiative. 

I tried to make it in the home brew creator, I was able to get the initiative bonus to work but the 1 hp per level isn't showing on my sheet when i equip the item, here is what I did...

-modifier type: bonus

-modifier subtype: hit points per level

-fixed value: 1

(no attunement)

i have "homebrew allowed" on my settings for my character

I do these settings and then save and equip the item and, again the initiative bonus (not show here for clarity) adjusts on my character sheet fine, but the 1 hp per level doesn't do anything to my character sheet.
