Hi I purchased the digital product of Ravenloft: The horrors within. I have a master subscription so I should be able to have early access but I don't.
I have the same problem, I can see it should have been released in early access at 13:40 UTC, which is 47 minutes ago

Would have been nice to know. Now we set our session 0 today for a new Ravenloft game, thinking we would have the book for players to choose options from. :P

I can access the book but options are not available in character builder, am I right in assuming it just part of rolling out the release? By the way great work!
I've purchased the product but I haven't got access to it. I unlocked the key, but when I click on the Index list, it doesn't work. Am I the only one with this problem?

How do you access the book? Can you click on the index list and read what's inside?
I can access the book, but not any of the magic items or monsters. Will this be fixed soon? (Btw I really liked the book, good job to the writers)

i have the online book yet cannot access the new 47 maps and 28 digital quickplay maps for Maps VTT and tokens for playing
I am a master tier subscriber and I preorder the new Ravenloft book, while perusing the character creator I noticed that Dhampir is not showing up under species does anyone have any tips?
I have the same problem with Dhampir. Other species and subclasses do seem to be available.
Do you have "5.5e Expanded Rules" enabled in the Home tab?
It's working fine for me, but I also own the other book it appeared in (Astarion's Book of Hungers). If you don't, that might point to where the issue lies.

Yeah, I have the 5.5 expanded rules, everything else is showing up but Dhampir. I don’t own the Astarion book cause really the only thing from it I would’ve wanted was the Dhampir option and I decided to just wait for the Ravenloft book
