Custom Subspecies only legacy Blade Ward Spell Option

Hi!
I created a custom Dwarf/Earth-Genasi Homebrew Subspecies.
For the Earth Genasi part I chose the meld into stone subfeature and copied it but when i wanted to add the phb 2024 Blade ward, i could only choose the legacy version.
For other spells e.g. True Strike, both 5.5e and 5e/the legacy options are selectable.

True Strike is in both versions of the Basic Rules; Blade Ward isn’t in either. Do you maybe own the 2014 PHB but not the 2024 one?
