My understanding is that the "Bag of Tricks" magical wonderous item should be available in 5.5, but I cannot find it on the Add Inventory Item list.
NB: I can find it as a Legacy item.
Is this an issue or am I being dumb?

You have to own the DMG:It's not in the Basic Rules
